Hello Harman, After requirement of Non GST Declaration it’s mandatory to submit the declaration form. However, Flipkart payments are always delayed. You can try contacting them via Twitter as they don’t respond emails.
I’d like to give a tip: don’t leave anything pending on your side. Complete all the requirements as required including bank details, cancelled cheque, Non GST Declaration etc.
For some users it took 1-2 months. Although Payments will continue if you were getting before this non gst requirement.
There is no any specific timeline for that. However if your account is already working and you’re getting payments then you don’t need to worry about Non GST approval. Your payments will be getting processed and you can just submit the declaration form as they asked and leave it on them.

Yes you can enter “proprietor” in this case.
For the address: just write your address which was given at the time of Flipkart affiliate account registration (you can find this in your account details)
Make sure to add your sign in the end of document as Flipkart has rejected some applications because of this.

You have to use the details of person who’s name is registered in billing area of Flipkart Affiliate. For more details contact their support.
